A:Absolutely. We specialize in custom sheet metal fabrication. Simply send us your CAD drawings (DXF, DWG, STEP) or detailed sketches, and we will provide a quote.
Q3: What is your lead time for production?
A:Standard lead times vary based on order complexity and volume. Typically, it ranges from 2-4 weeks. We offer expedited services for urgent projects—please inquire.

Q4: How can I get a quote?
A:You can request a free quote by contacting us through our website or email. Please provide your design files, material specifications, quantity, and any surface finish requirements.
Q5: Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A:We are flexible. While we welcome large-volume orders, we also accept low-volume and prototype projects.
Q6: Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
A:Changes can be accommodated before production begins. Please contact us immediately. Changes after production has started may incur additional charges and affect the delivery schedule.
Payment
Q7: What are your payment terms?
A:For new customers, we typically require a 50% deposit with the order and 50% balance before shipment. For established customers, we can discuss other terms like Net 30.
Q8: What payment methods do you accept?
A:We accept Bank Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C). Other methods can be discussed.
